This is in response to Britt - 2 weeks ago We understand the situation was frustrating. While the delays were unfortunately out of our control due to the contractor, as soon as your partner contacted me, I said I would sort out the contractor myself and made sure you received your turf. At no point did we ignore your concerns. The $3,800 deposit you paid directly to the contractor covered turf, pegs, tape, and cracker dust. After taking the materials, the remaining $230 was promptly paid. It is therefore unfair to claim that I was rude, as I went above and beyond to resolve the issue. False accusations against a business are not appropriate, particularly when you run a small business yourself. We stand by the quality of our work and our commitment to transparency and customer service. ~ Farhana

I can't recommend Artificial Turf Direct enough. Before choosing them, I shopped around a bit, and I'm so glad I ended up going with these guys. From the get go, to the final installation, the owner; Ali was attentive and made sure everything was tailored to what I wanted, and was never too busy to answer any questions i had. The turf i chose, the All Seasons 30 looks fantastic. Seriously, you can't tell it's not real grass. Even my neighbors, who were initially skeptical, are now converts. The installation team consisting of only Ali team, was on time, he was efficient, and left everything clean— a sincerely refreshing experience, and super professional all around. if you’re thinking about finally taking back your weekends, and freeing yourself from the never-ending lawn-mowing , endless weeding and converting to artificial turf, stop your search and go with Artificial Turf Direct. Very happy with my experience using these guys. We had Bryce come out to measure up and provide us with a quote. He had so many samples to choose from and explained the differences in each one to make our decision easier. He was very helpful and had some amazing ideas for us that we didn’t even think about. We mentioned we were in a hurry to get it done because of our 1 year olds bday party coming up and he amazingly fit us in and the job is perfectly done. And well within our budget. I am highly impressed with the artificial turf that has been installed on my property, we had a very large area that was brick paved and wanted it to be all switched to artificial turf, we received a great price and the staff were extremely patient, friendly and helpful, we had some free samples in which we were able to try and see how it looked and felt under our feet. The contractors which undertook our work were very efficient and all up our job was done in 5 days, it would have been quicker if it wasn't for the stormy weather. ~ Jeffrey C

Have a small backyard that is all brick which I wanted the kids to be able to play on… Got a great deal on the cooling style fake grass, cut and laid it myself. It’s been a game changer for the area and I’m stoked with the quality. Amazing service very nice a friendly! I got my front and backyard installed by them around 2 years ago and so far there are absolutely no faults in the grass what so ever! I’ve been meaning to get my dying grass replaced and came across these guys. Robert came out and quoted with different samples of turf to choose from. Not long after the job was done! If you need artificial turf go here. It's such a reasonable price and fantastic service. Don't even bother going to bunnings. This place is about half the price bunnings charges. The staff and selection here definitely deserves the 5 stars. ~ Caitlin B

When we decided to move to artificial grass after several attempts of real grass we were so pleased we made the switch. Artificial grass is changing all the time and there are now many choices. I have to say the Joey from Artificial Turf Direct was amazing. Joey came around, took his time, showed us many samples, explained a lot about the different grasses and how they look when they are laid. He then spent a good two hours measuring up very carefully and also there is an art to this which is to measure up without much waste. Within 24 hours we received a fully detailed report with everything needed for the job listed right down to how many pegs we would need. Very thorough. The best bit is yet to come the quote for everything including the skip and taking away all the rubbish was just under $1,000 less than the other companies we had invited to quote. I had several confirmations of the installation date and on the day Joey and his team turned up promptly. The installation was smooth and fast and the end result was fantastic. For all dog lovers Joey has all the answers there too. I could not fault this experience and I certainly can highly recommend Artificial Turf Direct.
